Shipping and Handling charges are based on the subtotal of your order and the shipping method selected. Special promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges, however handling charges may still apply.
An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the product description page as well as the shipping subtotal of your order.
We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. It takes 2-3 days to process your order. Delivery takes an additional 1-7 business days.
During peak holiday seasons, shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days. Large orders may require additional time before shipping.
Via Seven is dedicated to bringing you a great shopping experience from start to finish! If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of shipment.
The items you are returning need to be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect. Please note that most of our products are hand-loomed so occasional variances in colors, sizes or other loom inconsistencies may occur.
Step 1: Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return confirmation number for your return. You need to include this number with your returns.
Step 2: Returns should be sent along with your return form to the address will be provided to you by our customer service desk. Again, please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
Step 3: Please allow up to 2 weeks from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return procedure and place a new order. The return and your new purchase will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.
